- Technical Error: If the amount is debited from your account but the portal transaction status fails.
Timeline Guard
All claims and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once a fee payment transaction is successfully processed by the payment gateway, it cannot be cancelled.
